Making Sense of Your Story.
Our experiences shape how we see ourselves, our relationships,
and the world around us โ often without us realizing it. Therapy
creates space to make sense of that, with curiosity instead of
judgment.

Meet Your Therapist
Some of the most meaningful moments I’ve witnessed have been watching people reconnect with themselves in ways they never thought were possible. That’s what drew me to this work.
Some days therapy looks like untangling years of thoughts, experiences, and patterns. Other days it looks like celebrating small victories, sitting with uncertainty, or simply having a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
I don’t expect you to have the right words or all the answers before you walk through the door. My hope is that, together, we create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported as you move toward the life you wantโ at your own pace.
What I Help With
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use, life transitions, or struggles with self-esteem, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening, uncover what feels stuck, and help you move toward the life you want to build.
What Guides Our Work
Our work together isn’t about fixing who you are or having someone else tell you who to be. It’s about approaching your experiences with curiosity, building insight, and creating meaningful change that reflects your values and the life you want to build.
๐ฟ Collaboration
Your experiences, values, and goals guide our work together. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you discover what feels right for you.
๐ฟ Curiosity
Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with me?” I believe it can be more helpful to ask, “What has shaped me?” Together, we’ll explore your experiences and patterns while creating room for deeper understanding and meaningful change.
๐ฟ Growth
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, embracing change, and moving toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
